Request compensation and credit card charge reverse(booking number: 225-20*-***)

I booked a reservation from justfly.com ( booking number: 225-20*-***; Austrian airline confirmation number: 2SK2WE). I contacted your customer service on August 8th 2023 because my return flight was cancelled.

The answer from your customer service at that time was: there was no alternative flight available back to Montreal and I had to find my own way back from China to Montreal. The charges against my credit card will be reversed(see justflys email to me). I had no choice but to stay in China for 4 more days and spent $2,600 to book a British Airways flight from Hong Kong to Montreal.

I paid your company $2453.30 via my credit card but today I found that the charge was not reversed and the refund was only $1335.90. If the return flight is cancelled and the airline can not arrange an alternative flight, it should fully compensate the customer's cost over the confirmed scheduled flight.

I am waiting for your reply to my request and tell me what my rights are in this situation if the airline does not compensate for my losses.

Just fly is a nice company, and we enjoy booking flights with them. However, speaking with a customer service rep regarding a billing issue is IMPOSSIBLE, and truly a disappointment. So sad as we will NO longer be using them :(

I have been using just fly for quite some time, but this will be my LAST TIME. Never will I ever subject myself to horrible travels again! I am demanding a REFUND!!! You also cannot get in contact with the customer service team. I am now forced to pay for a separate flight, all because of their greed!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I got a notification my flight was canceled. I purchased another flight, and it turns out it was not canceled, and still left on time. I got suckered into paying $1,640+ dollars I want my money back I ended up on a completely different airline. I will not be booking with you guys in the future.

Hi there,

I had a round trip booking through justfly(Frontier Airline) from Washington DCA to San Diago on the May 17, 2023 (7AM). I booked doctor's appointment and Airb&b accordingly.

But I wasn't allowed to check-in on the flight date saying that I didn't have any ticket. The associate at the airport were not helpful at all. They were like they can't do anything, and that's why they don't care to resolve the issue. I tried to contact Justfly and Frontier airline for the next two hours but failed to connect with anyone.

This was the worst experience of my life.

My 8 days airb&b is non-refundable. I lost all that money and the Doctor's appointment, as well as ruined my schedule.

Cancellation

I purchased tickets at midnight and they will not change or cancel, customer service was close at the time so I had to wait until morning I accidentally put information backwards when I purchased tickets and airline will not cancel and justfly .com will not help me in any way. All Im asking that they fix it or cancel it.

I purchased a cancellation insurance due to my ID being stolen. I submitted the police report as well as other documentation that was requested, and now I am being ignored, and I feel that this is very unprofessional and misleading

I was unable to board an international flight I purchased a ticket for due to the airline’s policy. I was not informed by Just Fly and lost $1300.

I was denied access to a flight at the airport. I will also not be able to make the second flight I purchased as a consequence. In addition, I had to make last-minute travel arrangements. I can not reach anyone to even speak with in customer service. I tried the chat service, and that is not working either. The company is run by thieves apparently.

Duplicate order

It kept referring me back to a chat that got me nowhere even though I supplied the requested info. On to plan B for this refund. 11.14.23 To date I have not been contacted by anyone about my concern, nor have I been able to communicate with anyone. At a loss about what to do at this point.
