I purchased a plane ticket with Justfly through Air Senegal and the flight was cancelled twice. Moreover, the airline, Air Senegal, changed my itinerary.
I did not receive an email confirmation about the second cancellation. Justfly's customer service will not provide me with accurate information about my refund. Air Senegal won't pick up their phone. Please, I need some assistance.
The latest changes to my itinerary stated that my flight would go to Dakar and I would have to find a connecting flight there myself.
The purchase was from JFK New York to Abidjan, not to Dakar. As of today, a refund in the amount of $1,283 has not been processed.

I need to reschedule my flight. I purchased these tickets for my two children, aged 15 and 13, and I need to reschedule their flight for personal reasons.
I lost my phone so I do not have the flight confirmation number. I do not have access to the flight information due to me losing my phone.

I had booked a flight and was told at ticketing that unbeknownst to me that Thailand changed their rules for entry(even though I just,just came back from there). I contacted(with great difficulty) a justfly agent(online) only to be told that ticket is non refundable-click.
FYIjustfly uses a 3rd party for disputes( GOOD *** luck with that. NEVER will book with them again(never say never right)!!!

Need to speak to customer service
Impossible to contact the customer service in person. Waste of time with not friendly website, chat, telephone.
My worst and frustrating experience!
It wasn't stated that I have to pay another $150 (75+75) for a normal checking baggage for an overseas trip.
Now when I reluctantly want to do it it's impossible. The carrier Swissair is the same deception Disappointed.

I have been charged a processing fee of $200 twice on my CC. I am still waiting for it to get cancelled. If not, I will have to call CC to get it cancelled.
Preferred solution: During the refund process. I have been charged 2 time @$200 I am waiting the the transaction will get canceled if not I have to ask CC for the same.

I called them; they said you have to go through the chat. I went through the chat; they said to wait 30 minutes. I waited 3 hours, then I called Noah, who answered and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor.

Cancellations
I just made a booking from Arizona to Philadelphia in the search bar. I was looking for the price that suited me so unconsciously I clicked on a ticket that for me will bring me according to my search.
After buying I realize that instead of sending me from Arizona to Philadelphia the ticket takes me From Phoenix to Trenton.
5 minutes later I asked for the cancellation of the ticket. I am denied it because I did not insure the ticket and it is very often said that I have 24 hours to cancel the ticket.

I have used just fly many times.
Whenever I book through them I can reach a live person. Every time I have booked they have always been very helpful and courteous.
I love this company. I guess just having someone live on the other end is very helpful.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted credit card company. They issued ful refund for my flight being cancelled 1 min after booking it!I will NEVER use Justfy again!
So I called them up to find out when I would be getting my refund. This was over a week ago. They said it would be issued within 48 hours. That was a lie.
I never received a booking number. They gave me a booking number, so when I called back later with that booking number to find out where my refund was nobody can find my reservation with that booking number. So I believe the booking number they gave me was just a fake one. Also, when I received my original confirmation email, it had the incorrect travel dates and times!
Thats pretty much when I knew that I had been scammed.
When you call just fly, they will put you on hold for 40 minutes and then come back and say they need to transfer you to the correct person but all they do is transfer you back into the original mainline. And unfortunately, I used a debit card :(
Please do not use them and spread the word if you can.

- No refund even if airline cancels your flight
