If you study the reviews in Redness . You will see.

They set up the system that they are only doing business with new bookings and get the credit cards for pay them. if you need customer support like a change flight, change tickets, after service such as refund or changing tickets it will never work

I bought extra luggage on 04/19/2025. After two days when i called i was told my card was declined i have to call my bank.

After talking to bank i called again i was told they are working on it. My money was withdrawn then i called so i was told yes transaction went through i can check on turkish airline. I called my airline they have no idea. So far after many call im told my query is red flag and they are working on it and they are expediting my request.

Confirmation email i received after buying extra luggage is showing failed luggage. I cant talk to anyone on phone. I get same ans i called. Im very frustrated.

I want extra luggage and since they withdraw money i cant buy directly from airline. If i know whats happening and how long it will take my airline to update my luggage info it will be fine. Im traveling in two week. They ate very polite but no correct ans, same ans i get every-time.

Live agent to talk with takes time but even he has same ans. Im going back and forth.

I need answers and resolve this issue asap. Thanku.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with JustFly. Despite purchasing my ticket well in advance, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that JustFly had not paid for my ticket. This forced me to purchase a new ticket at a significantly higher price. To make matters worse, JustFly's customer service was unhelpful and evasive, refusing to take responsibility or expedite the resolution process, showing a blatant disregard for their customers' time and finances. Their failure to adhere to DOT regulations further highlights their lack of accountability. I highly recommend avoiding JustFly and booking directly with airlines or more reputable travel agencies to save yourself from this kind of nightmare.

Justfly has absolutely no way to get help with certain problems.

One of the tickets I received misspelled the name of my son. Whether I call, text, or use their app, there is only a limited option of questions and a bot to provide answers.

None them include a name correction. I'm very worries that we won't be permitted to board the plane.

I seem to have no options to address this problem. How is this even legal?

Mi expérience con justfly en un principio fue muy mala puesto que tube muchos problemas para comunicarme CQ nadie hablaba francés y español. Asta que logre comunicarme con una persona le expliqué mi problema y apesar de recibir cada dos o tres días mensaje de que estaban esperando autorización de la compañía, se llevó más de 15 días para resolver mi problemas. Aclaro que note un muy buen servicio notando a la persona que me atendió la última vez la cual hablaba muy bien el español y la cual respondió todas mis dudas y problemas, me atendió muy muy bien.nada que ver con el servicio proporcionado en un principio. En cuanto a recomendar justfly a la gente que conozco definitivamente no, no debería que pasaran una mala experiencia como en mi caso.
