JustFly is a scam! I booked 6 tickets (2 adults & 4 children) to Bangkok via Xiamen Airlines.
Paid for the tickets well in advance and received what I thought was confirmation. When I arrived at the airport, the only ticket showing available was my 4-year-old. The airline could not find the other tickets. I was at the ticket counter for well over an hour.
I spoke with the airline and they blamed JustFly. We missed our flight and I was stranded at the airport with 4 small children. I waited in queue with JustFly for over 30 hours and when I finally spoke with someone, they blamed the airline. I requested a supervisor who called me 48 hours after the incident and again blamed the airline for separating the tickets.
So I have the airline pointing fingers at JustFly and JustFly pointing fingers at the airline. I couldn't take my flights due to no fault of my own and I was stranded in an unknown city. The supervisor offered no solution.
No one is helping me and I'm scammed out of $2000.00 on tickets that we couldn't use. I don't understand how they can operate like this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After hours on hold I finally talked to a person that call frontier to confirm they refunded justfly.
Don't talk to mila their AI. Call directly and speak to a person.
My flight was canceled by frontier. they issued a refund to justfly on my behalf since i booked with justfly, Justfly says my flight was not eligible for a refund per Frontier however Frontier told me it is eligible for a refund and they refunded it already to Justfly.
I want my money back. Horrible customer service and Justfly are thiefs.

I booked a ticket through JustFly, with the flight operated by Qatar Airways. Due to the conflict in the Middle East, my return flight from Saudi Arabia to the U.S.
was cancelled on March 13. A refund was supposedly initiated, but more than two months later, I still have not received my money. I have called JustFly multiple times, often waiting hours just to speak to someone. Each time, I am told the refund is still in process.
They then requested bank statements to open an investigation, which I provided, and later asked for additional statements, delaying the process even further. This feels like unnecessary stalling and poor handling of a legitimate refund.

I booked an Emirates flight through this agency, and Emirates said you are eligible for a full refund, but Just Fly ate my money and they are telling me the reason they have is the airline's penalty. Because of the war, Emirates cancelled the flight to Dubai; it's not my problem.
My family and I were ready to fly, but Just Fly considers this a normal situation and simply tells me it's an airline charge. The airline said we don't take any money for this situation. They are ready to give a full refund, but the Just Fly people are not picking up the phone; I held for 5 hours and it was a big torture. The night was horrible and sleepless.
Don't book the ticket through Just Fly; they are super crazy and greedy for money. They don't care about customers.if flight got cancelled they need to give full refund but they gave partial amount of 2k instead of paying 3k , they are telling 300 dollars each airtime penalty for my 3 tickets and I lost 938 dollars. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and they use an AI who cannot help and refuse to connect me with an agent.
Legally, this is abuse, and the constant stress they cause and being unable to connect with a live person is a violation of people's rights after they canceled the flight.

After I completed my review here, PC displayed an 800 number for JustFly's "customer service" I hadn't had. So, I called the number and was on hold for 3 hours (no, I'm not exaggerating, I was on hold for precisely 3 hours) until someone in a call center in India (My educated guess based on accent and background noise) picked up.
For removing one flight and re-issuing the same ticket I was charged yet another $142. The matter is concluded now, not resolved.
It will never be resolved, and I maintain my opinion that JustFly is a scam operation. Stay away!
But it didn't stop there. Shortly after booking, the first flight was canceled. I was rebooked on a flight 12 hours earlier, causing an unacceptable half-day layover between the first two legs.
I purchased a new ticket for the first leg and need the original ticket reissued, showing the first flight canceled. Here is the problem: one cannot reach a person at Justfly. There is no phone number; they do not respond to emails. There is only a chatbot that will infuriate you by taking you through endless loops without answering your questions.
I reached out to China Airlines, which is another airline on my ticket. They have been sending emails to Voyzant, which apparently is a ticket wholesaler behind Justfly. They are not getting their emails answered either!
As it turns out, Justfly got sued in CA Superior Court in 2019 for 'engaging in unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business practices, including charging deceptive, false, and hidden fees, using misleading disclosures, and employing bait-and-switch advertising tactics.' The lawsuit also noted that Justfly had accumulated over 2,000 consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and U.S. Department of Transportation in just two years—more than any other online travel agency, including major competitors like Expedia and Priceline.

After that, they (JetBlue) took 98.00. I don't understand what this is.

I booked a flight where the "Total Price" displayed and confirmed at checkout was $1411.31. However, after authorizing the transaction, I discovered I was actually charged $1561.59.
The Hidden Fees:
Without my consent, JustFly added two unauthorized charges that were never included in the final total shown to me:
* Seat Request Fee: $56.28
* Paid Seats: $94.00 (Fees for seats I did not even ask for)

This is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. They lure customers in with a lower total to secure the booking, then silently tack on secondary service fees and seat charges after the payment is authorized.
