Verified Reviewer |Can't get hold of a live agent and can't get the refund back due to the cancelled flight
I purchased the air tickets through JustFly site. Due to the US actions in Venezuela, the JetBlue flight 74 on 01/03/2026 from Aruba to Boston was cancelled.
And JetBlue already refunded me back the travel credit of for 3 people on the cancelled flight. I talked to the agent at JetBlue, and she confirmed to me that I am entitled to the full refund from JustFly based on the IROP event refund policy and federal regulations (https://www.jetblue.com/travel-agents/irop-policy), because I purchased the air ticket through JustFly instead of the airline directly. I have been holding hours and hours to try to talk to a live agent from JustFly and unfortunately nobody answers or returns my calls at all.
I can't get a live agent to talk to get my refund back. Please help!

After I completed my review here, PC displayed an 800 number for JustFly's "customer service" I hadn't had. So, I called the number and was on hold for 3 hours (no, I'm not exaggerating, I was on hold for precisely 3 hours) until someone in a call center in India (My educated guess based on accent and background noise) picked up.
For removing one flight and re-issuing the same ticket I was charged yet another $142. The matter is concluded now, not resolved.
It will never be resolved, and I maintain my opinion that JustFly is a scam operation. Stay away!
But it didn't stop there. Shortly after booking, the first flight was canceled. I was rebooked on a flight 12 hours earlier, causing an unacceptable half-day layover between the first two legs.
I purchased a new ticket for the first leg and need the original ticket reissued, showing the first flight canceled. Here is the problem: one cannot reach a person at Justfly. There is no phone number; they do not respond to emails. There is only a chatbot that will infuriate you by taking you through endless loops without answering your questions.
I reached out to China Airlines, which is another airline on my ticket. They have been sending emails to Voyzant, which apparently is a ticket wholesaler behind Justfly. They are not getting their emails answered either!
As it turns out, Justfly got sued in CA Superior Court in 2019 for 'engaging in unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business practices, including charging deceptive, false, and hidden fees, using misleading disclosures, and employing bait-and-switch advertising tactics.' The lawsuit also noted that Justfly had accumulated over 2,000 consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and U.S. Department of Transportation in just two years—more than any other online travel agency, including major competitors like Expedia and Priceline.

I bought a ticket 2 months ago but it was cancelled by the airline itself, but the amount has not been refunded to my credit card yet. Every time I spoke to Justfly, the AI system responded and said it would take 10 business days, and my bank is deducting monthly interest from me. What should I do?

Flight Refund
To whom it may concern,
On July 31st, my connecting Jetblue flight B6285 from JFK to RDU was cancelled and we did not have the option to rebook or refund. We were told from the staff at the JFK airport that there would be a link sent out by email to book us a new flight or get a refund.
We got the email, but every time we tried opening the link, we were met with an error message several times. There was no way to rebook our flight or get a refund like JetBlue promised, and we were stranded in the airport with no accommodations or food, and the staff kept refusing to help us. At this point, we were tired from traveling over 25+ hours and just wanted to get home. Since we were told from the staff that a refund was an option, we decided to do that and book a train home the next day from New York to Raleigh, adding another full day to our already long trip.
I am emailing you to tell you that we have yet gotten our refund and are still upset about how the whole situation was handled. We wasted our time and our money. This was also not the first time our flight got cancelled by JetBlue. On our way to our destination on June 19th, our flight from RDU to JFK was cancelled and we had to rebook our flight for the next day, pushing our plans back a day.
Luckily the staff at RDU was accommodating. These continuous cancellations, poor communication, and lack of support has caused significant financial and emotional stress to our family. As of today, we have not received the refund that was promised, nor any compensation.
We are formally requesting a full refund for flight B6285, reimbursement for our alternative travel from NYC to Raleigh, and additional compensation for the inconvenience, disruption, and repeated cancellations.
If no effective action is provided within 10 business days, we will have no choice but to consider filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and pursuing legal action in small claims court for breach of contract and failure to provide mandated refunds.
I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably, but we cannot ignore the continued mishandling and financial loss weve experienced.

No, there isn't. Justfly offers the ticket for x.
The next best quote is x+100. Now you spend 2 hours going through the booking process because the ticket includes multiple legs and airlines.
At the end, you are being charged x + 200. Get it?
I get the math example. But knowing the final price was x more, why did you proceed with booking?
