Good morning I bought 2 tickets for a trip in Mauritius in June 2020,because of covid my trip was cancelled.My resevation number is 180-67*-*** .The last e mail i got from Justfly was 0n August 2021 and it it mentioned i will get my money back between 12 to 18 months meanwhile i lost my credit card.My new credit card number is 541590****5626 and the expiry date is 03/25.Can you please inform me if you have already refund the tickets please send me the reference number.Hope you will do the necessary soon Best regards Veejay Jeeawock

Yes , my airlines are refunding me the unused return tickets for me and my family from my last flight but has to be done through the Justfly because I booked through Justfly. I called and sent multiple emails and no respond till now

They should of refunded me. $151.11 United said it would be taken care of there s been a mistake. Haven t seen the refund yet

I was booking a flight with United and they interrupted in the middle of me putting in the credit card number. Next thing I know there was a 151.11 bill on my bank statement from just fly. Spent the day from 11am to 7pm trying to straten this. Kept passing the buck. I called United and they said they would take care of it. And let just fly in was an error. The bill is still on my statement….

Reserved airline tickets and had to cancel in accordance with JustFly's 24 hour policy. JustFly charged me over $600 in fees. Steer clear of this company!

Made a booking show up it doesnt exist

Drove 10 hours to an apartment we booked and nobody showed up to let us in. Sat 2 hours waiting and calling and were not even given an explanation. Don't waste your money!!

Justfly shorted me $480.79

I spoke with a customer service specialist and all they did was send me to a complaint website. No effort was made to give me credit, despite my giving them a credit number.

I purchased a ticket for my wife and daughter. One leg of the trip was on Spirit and when it turned out that they couldn't go, I asked for a refund. They said they'd credit me but that the Spirit one they'd only give me 50% and they would credit the rest; $480.00. When I went to use the credit, they wouldn't pay.

I purchase a fly and 15 min later I need it to cancel because I had a death in my primary family and I wasnt going to be able to fly back home, I right away called to cancel my fly I was ask the reason why I let them know my sons wife had just dye in an accident and need it to stay longer, I was told my money was going to be refundable its been 2 days and whenever I a all the send me away and hung up on me.

Horrible refund takes 6-8 weeks

Never use this company. Son is in hospital. Spirt prodded my refund the day of and they cant even see the money that Spirit says is there. They said it will take 3 days to verify. After that it will take 6-8 weeks to get my money back!

Trying to speak to someone.

I have called 6 times and simply ask why the price for any tickets goes to from 88$ to 240$. Once I confront them on the price hike at checkout they hang up on my face. After the third time I asked to speak to a manager. The first guy puts me on hold and acted like they dont have a manager on duty. They then second hang up. The others said that I cant speak to a manager in sales and need to speak to customer service manager. They then transfer me to robot asking for my booking number.

Paid for flight that doesn’t exist

I arrived at Fl airport at 5 am Frontier airlines doesnt service Islip NY ? My ticket was for 7 am flight to Islip. Other airlines wanted 1000 for round trip. I call Justifly customer service they never answered? I paid 374 for trip and 77 for Uber. But the real problem is I didnt get to my nieces for a visit. Planned since May. Im 72 and this is a lot of money and I would like a full refund. This wasnt a cancel flight it doesnt exist anymore

Arrived at Frontier and no flight exists!!!! They stopped serving my destination over a month ago.

Customer service never answered. Im requesting full refund for NFM3XN I arrived at Fll airport to find out that Frontier airlines doesnt do service to Islip.!!! Im 72 and its 5 am and Im stuck with nowhere to go. Other airlines wanted 1000 for round trip. I paid 100 for Uber round trip. I want a full refund since no service provided, not canceled but doesnt exist flight.

User's recommendation: Never book on Justifly. They book flights that don’t exist. Frontiers doesn’t service Islip NY for over a month. I paid 100 to Uber to be stranded at airport. Call Justifly customer service and never answer I deserved full refund. But the real problem is I never got my visit with my niece which was planned for months.
