I was trying to find options to change an early morning flight. I called 5 days in advance and no help was available because the automated system told me I had to wait for 72 hours before my flight to speak with a person; otherwise, AI chat was my only option.
I tried at 72 hours and AI chat told me I had to wait 48 hours prior and I would be able to speak with a live rep.
I did that and still could not reach a live person, even after leaving the AI chat open on my phone for 14 hours. It kept saying I was in the queue.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company. If you ever have an issue or even a question, you will never be able to speak with a live person, only AI Chat.
To change my middle initial and my daughter lastname spelling
Still I can't reach someone to talk. We need to resolve the problem because we need to change my middle initial and my daughter's last name.
We need that so we can process our tourist visa going to China. Without those changes, we can't process it.
Please, I want to resolve this.
We need that as soon as possible.
Preferred solution: we need to change on the itirenary middle name and my daughers last name spelling please

Hi,Mr Remigius Chimeani I have been waiting to hear from you about my request for a refund for the cancellation of my flight from Edinburgh to Frankfult by Lufthansa which happened on Monday the 14th of July I have tried calling and emailing but thanks for responding me here, I called Lufthansa as well but Lufthansa said you should communicate them first so that the refund can be processed. Thanks.

Verified ReviewerDo yourself a favor and do not use this company. The only available option was AI chat but I needed an agent. Left the AI chat open for 14 hours and still not connected to a live agent.
Do not use JustFly. If you ever have an issue it will never be resolved because they only use AI Chat. There is no live representative to speak with.
Could not get my issue resolved by a live agent. Zero customer service! Wish I had checked the reviews before I used them because most were 1.

It's a week before my flight and I have informed them that I cannot take the flight because of medical reasons because of my heart and I would be bringing them medical excuse from my medical team that I would not be going they still are insisting that I go against doctor's orders. I can't I will not go against my doctors they're going to make me fight for my money back they say that my insurance is not the right insurance for the refund.
How can you have the wrong insurance. For one thing they tell you to buy insurance to make sure in case of something happening. So that's the insurance I bought they don't stipulate different insurances for different instances they only tell you to buy insurance that's it. So I bought their insurance not knowing there is a difference.
Evidently there's a difference that they don't make you aware of. I will never use this company again ever.
My recommendation to the public don't use this company for any reason don't take the flight just don't use this company. I'll keep you updated thank you..flutter.
At this point in time I haven't heard anything from them but I will look in my email and get right back to you

I purchased plane tickets for the wrong date. I realized the error and immediately reached out to cancel the tickets.
The chat agent confirmed I was within the void period and would receive a full refund. The next day, I saw no evidence of cancellation, so I reached out again and they confirmed it once more. Now, they are saying I submitted the cancellation, but it was never processed.
They claim there's nothing they can do. This is completely ridiculous, and everyone should know how unscrupulous you are.

I went back to them for a reschedule they charged me $270. And then completely messed everything up they couldn't get me booked on the schedule that they promised to get me booked on so that was a fiasco a total fiasco so then they opted to refund me the reschedule fee and credit me my initial flight fare which is not what I wanted I wanted the refund to the whole fair cuz I don't want to deal with them anymore they're just unprofessional and they completely messed up everything. .
Recently, I found out I have *** in my heart, and I'm traveling to Nigeria, which does not have the medical facilities for me, so my doctors have pulled me off the flight. I have insurance, but now Just Flight is telling me I don't have the right insurance.
Even though my doctors are telling me I cannot take the flight because it could cause me to have a heart attack on the flight, that's not good enough for Just Flight. So now I have to get all kinds of documentation, and that may not be good enough, and I may not get my $1,200 back.

The "Mila" run around!!! Terrible, terrible company!
Needed to change the return on a plane ticket. Spent hours (literally) working with their online Chat Assistant and was never able to make the change.
When I tried to call the number Customer Service number I was rerouted back into a text chat with the same Chat Assistant ("Mila")! I've gotten nowhere!

I bought extra luggage on 04/19/2025. After two days when i called i was told my card was declined i have to call my bank.
After talking to bank i called again i was told they are working on it. My money was withdrawn then i called so i was told yes transaction went through i can check on turkish airline. I called my airline they have no idea. So far after many call im told my query is red flag and they are working on it and they are expediting my request.
Confirmation email i received after buying extra luggage is showing failed luggage. I cant talk to anyone on phone. I get same ans i called. Im very frustrated.
I want extra luggage and since they withdraw money i cant buy directly from airline. If i know whats happening and how long it will take my airline to update my luggage info it will be fine. Im traveling in two week. They ate very polite but no correct ans, same ans i get every-time.
Live agent to talk with takes time but even he has same ans. Im going back and forth.
I need answers and resolve this issue asap. Thanku.

They set up the system that they are only doing business with new bookings and get the credit cards for pay them. if you need customer support like a change flight, change tickets, after service such as refund or changing tickets it will never work

Hello Sir or Madam,
I bought my ticket online on the Justfly.com website and made a mistake on the date while buying my ticket from Memphis, Tennessee, to Banjul, The Gambia, booking number 271-08*-*** at $1,561.00. I discovered my mistake within 30 minutes and started corresponding with the virtual help desk, explaining my mistake and asking for a refund or changes from March 3rd to April 3rd. The agent answered that they would take care of the issue for me. The following day, I kept calling, but they directed me to the virtual help desk again and refused to answer my calls. Afterward, I got an answer from another person on the other end stating that they were aware of my issue and demanded a cancellation fee of $395.00. They immediately took the money from my account from the debit card I bought a ticket with. They told me they would refund my money in 5 to 10 days. I waited for more than two weeks without any money in my account. I called customer service numerous times and got conflicting answers from different agents. Some assured me of a full refund of the money while others indicated that I should make a change to the date. One of those is Supervisor Dowane Johnson's phone number 520-257-****, and another is 302-257-****. They later wanted me to change my date but charged more money for my trip than the one I bought the ticket with. I told them I didn't have the money for the amount they charged and demanded a full refund of the ticket instead. They are refusing to pay me my money, indicating that I did not arrive at the airport for my flight, which is false. I made a mistake purchasing the ticket, not that I failed to show up on purpose.
I am appealing to the Justfly authorities to refund my money to me as soon as possible. I am a graduate student taking care of 6 members of my family. I need my money to pay rent instead of traveling to Africa. My rent is due at the moment.
